Principal Connections has been engaged by a growth-driven, international organisation to lead the search for a senior Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Immediate or near-immediate availability is required, as this is a six-month fixed-term appointment with the possibility of extension or renewal. THE POSITION Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a vital member of the Executive Leadership Team, driving the organisation's strategic and commercial agenda during a phase of accelerated growth. Based in Dublin, Ireland, the CFO will oversee the entire finance function, encompassing financial strategy, capital management, investor relations, reporting, governance, and global compliance. Additionally, the CFO will lead upcoming fundraising initiatives, collaborating closely with both new and existing investors as well as the Board of Directors. REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will be a commercially astute, strategically minded and vastly experienced CFO. They will have a proven track record in high-growth and international environments, with expertise in board-level financial leadership, investor relations, financial planning, fundraising (Series C+), international scaling, and M&A. Experience in large corporates, start-ups, or private equity-backed organisations is highly desirable.
