Overview
Facility Manager role at Sodexo in Abbeyfeale, Full time, Limerick area. 5 days over 7. Salary: €47,000 - €48,000 per annum. On-site parking. Opportunities for professional development. Plus our Sodexo employee benefits package.
Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operational issues in all service lines
* Manage the on-site service delivery team
* Scope works and verify all Minor Works
* Own the Lifecycle Replacement program
* Own the PPM schedules
* Manage the SSOW permitting system
* Own Toolbox Talks, Safety Walks and Near Miss reporting
* Manage time keeping and payroll duties of the Hard & Soft Services Team
* Manage small works estimating and delivery programme
* Undertake projects as allocated, ensuring delivery on time and to budget per specifications
* Keep files and records pertaining to managed contracts and projects up to date
* Coordinate and manage all site inductions
* Compile ad hoc reports as required
* Own the materials ordering process
* Act as operational point of contact for all on-site issues
* Perform any other Admin tasks as requested
What we’re looking for
* Strong administrative experience
* FM building maintenance experience
* Microsoft Office proficient
* Good communication and people management skills
