Youll drive the entire process, from concept to launch, ensuring products meet consumer trends and business goals. In this role, youll collaborate with teams across Marketing, Procurement, QA, and Manufacturing to create products that are both cost-effective and aligned with the brand. Youll take the lead in prototyping, recipe development, and product optimisation, ensuring compliance with food safety, nutritional guidelines, and labelling standards. Youll manage trials, sensory evaluations, and work with suppliers to source the best ingredients. Presenting new ideas to leadership and ensuring innovation decisions are backed with solid justification will also be part of your role.
