Responsibilities:
* Preparation and packaging of smoked salmon
* Cleaning and sterilising all equipment
* Maintaining a high standard of hygiene
Requirements:
* Ability to mix and work with other departments
* Punctuality and timekeeping essential
Hours & Salary:
* 6.00am - 2.30pm
* Monday - Friday
