We are currently looking for an energetic, friendly, detail-orientated person who is highly organised to join our expanding team. This is a full-time position. Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist customers through the SEAI grant process, including account setup and application submission
* Manage customer service calls and handle all grant-related emails and telephone calls.
* Create and submit NC6 and NC7 Forms for every new customer.
* Upload required documentation and ensure proper photographs are submitted to the SEAI portal.
* Scheduling of staff to carry out site visits, technical surveys, and installations.
* Utilize CRM systems to manage both current and past customer records.
* Organisation and scheduling of BER assessments.
* All other admin duties as required.
Candidate Requirements:
* Commend Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills
* Have Excellent Attention to Detail and Organisational skills
* Competent in Using Various IT programs including Microsoft, Word, Excel, Outlook
* Be able to use own initiative
* Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Professional and friendly demeanour
* Previous Experience in the Solar Industry Desirable but not essential as full training will be given
