Join us and play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional employee experience and aligning HR with our business ambitions.People strategy initiatives & Change managementPartner with the HR leadership team to ensure alignment between the people strategy, business priorities, and future workforce requirementsSupport organisational growth, capability building, career framework and employee engagement.Support with workforce planning and skills development programsDrive change programs that enable smooth adoption of new HR processes, systems, and organisational structures.Support with communication and engagement plans to build stakeholder buy-in.Apply change management frameworks to ensure successful transformation outcomes.Monitor and measure change impact, adjusting strategies to mitigate resistance and maximize adoption.Transformation & IntegrationManage transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with the overall people strategy for 2030Act as a bridge between leadership and HR teams to translate milestones into actionable HR programsDrive cultural and behavioural change to support transformation projectsDevelop strategies for workforce agility and digital readinessSupport with HR M&A related activities such as benefits harmonisation, integration planning post-acquisitions and developing strategies to support with future readinessProject ManagementManage internal HR projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standardsCollaborate with HR leadership to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines. Develop comprehensive project plans and allocate resources effectivelyManage project scope and enforce a change control process to ensure the project stays aligned with the agreed-upon scope of work, managing any deviations through a formal approval process.Maintain project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and post-implementation evaluationsProcess optimisationReview HR processes, identify areas of improvement, and implement process optimisation strategies and ensure their effectiveness.Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools into HR processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, benefits).RequirementsDegree qualified and 5+ years relevant professional experience, in HR Transformation.Exceptional communication skills and project management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels (including at MD and Board level).Experience with Workday CRMSome experience in change management within a complex organisation.Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.About UnipharUniphar group is a rapidly expanding global healthcare services business with a proud heritage in Ireland.
