Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our Tech Law 1 team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of in-house experience with a wide scope of responsibilities.
The target candidate will advise global partner teams and the relevant partner program office on all global legal matters regarding projects, initiatives, and changes that impact SAP partner programs or the indirect channel overall.
* Draft global partner agreement templates
* Coordinate and align with the global field legal office, regional Field Legal, and contracts digitalization team on rollout
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as an escalation point for the regional field legal colleagues regarding partner program matters and related commercial models and policy questions
