Western Care Association are seeking Voluntary Board Members Western Care Association provides supports and services to adults and children with intellectual disabilities and autism in Co. Mayo. Developing and maintaining strong connections with the community is central to the ethos of the Association. Established in 1996, Western Care is a registered Charity that operates across Co. Mayo employing over 1,000 staff and is committed to the highest standards in governance and accountability. Western Care Association is a company limited by guarantee and provides a wide range of services and supports, based on funding in excess of €56 million provided by the HSE. It is also an Approved Housing Body. The Board comprises of people who are passionate about quality in disability services and want to support Western Care to make a difference to people's lives. They come from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences. We are looking for passionate and dedicated people to volunteer their expertise as members of our Board of Directors.
