Associate Analytical Scientist Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Associate Analytical Scientist to join our team at a leading biopharmaceutical organization based in Ireland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting laboratory operations, including equipment qualification, documentation generation, and contributing to lab and process establishment.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Support laboratory operations, including equipment qualification, documentation generation, and contributing to lab and process establishment.
* Perform general lab tasks such as EM, facility testing, method verifications, troubleshooting, and execution of laboratory studies as required.
* Review, trend, and report laboratory data to support batch data generation, collation, and analysis of end-of-quarter and year reports.
* Maintain and release laboratory stock, order laboratory consumables as needed.
* Manage routine cleans of laboratory equipment, ensure laboratory housekeeping standards are maintained, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in laboratory processes.
* Respond to standard requests from partners, customers, and clients (internal and/or external) and escalate to manager when necessary.
* Participate actively in functional meetings, facilitate cross-functional meetings as required, and conduct audits (internal and external).
* Support the introduction of novel, innovative solutions, test biologics within the facility.
* Develop team effectiveness skills, promote team success through own actions, and demonstrate respect and appreciation for diverse populations.
* Support timely training completion and coaching of team members.
* Be flexible to support changing business needs (e.g., infrequent out-of-hours testing support for exceptional circumstances).
Requirements
* Essential Qualifications:
* PhD or MSc in Analytical Science or related field.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in analytical science or related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Familiarity with laboratory software and equipment.
