Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Expert to join our agile squad. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.

You will contribute to the squad's automation strategy, implement test solutions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

* Design and implement automated test solutions for UI and API layers.
* Collaborate with developers and analysts to ensure testability of features.
* Lead test planning and execution for complex features.
* Mentor junior QAs and contribute to knowledge sharing.
* Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration and test automation maintenance.
* Drive continuous improvement in testing practices and tools.

Qualifications

* 6+ years of experience in testing and test automation.
* Strong experience with Agile methodologies.
* Proficiency in front-end automation (e.g., Selenium, Playwright preferred).
* Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript or Java.
* API testing experience using tools like Postman, REST-assured, or Karate.
* Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience with Jira, Xray, or similar tools.
