Job Overview
This role offers an opportunity for a motivated finance professional to join the firm's management finance team.
The successful candidate will play a central role in supporting financial analytics, performance reporting, and investor engagement.
* Fund Analytics & Performance Reporting:
o Maintain, analyse, and reconcile fund-level and loan-level data to produce accurate and insightful performance reporting.
o Build and enhance financial models to assess fund performance metrics including IRR, MOIC, yield, portfolio diversification, and liquidity projections.
* Fund Structuring & Operations:
o Support the structuring and launch of new funds, including scenario analysis.
o Maintain comprehensive records of fund documentation and support the creation of data rooms for investor due diligence.
* Investor Engagement & Communications:
o Support the preparation of quarterly investor reports, performance summaries, and portfolio updates.
o Contribute to the development and updating of investor materials including pitch decks, marketing presentations, and fund fact sheets.

Requirements
*35 years experience in financial services, ideally in investment management or deal advisory.*Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CFA) desirable.*Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills (e.g. IRR calculations, scenario analysis, portfolio aggregation). Familiarity with PowerBI or similar data visualization tools a plus.*Strong quantitative and analytical ability, with experience working with large datasets and financial systems.*Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to interpret complex financial data.*Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly in translating analysis into clear insights for investors or management.*Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
