Food Safety Consultant & Trainer Dublin Contract PositionEHS International is seeking an experienced Food Safety Consultant & Trainer to support our growing client base in Dublin.This contract role is suited to a confident, technically strong food safety professional who can deliver consultancy, audits and training independently while maintaining high standards of client engagement and compliance delivery.Role OverviewAs Food Safety Consultant & Trainer, you will deliver high quality food safety consultancy services, audits and training to a varied portfolio of clients across the region.You will support organisations in meeting regulatory requirements and industry standards, providing practical, commercially aware advice that strengthens food safety systems and operational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Food Safety Consultant & Trainer, you will:Deliver Consultancy & Audits• Conduct food safety audits and provide clear, practical guidance• Support a portfolio of food sector clients• Advise on compliance and best practice requirementsLead HACCP Development & Support• Develop and review HACCP plans• Support clients in maintaining effective food safety systems• Provide technical guidance and documentation supportDeliver Food Safety Training• Deliver food safety training programmes• Ensure alignment with current legislation and standards• Support client understanding of compliance responsibilitiesSupport Commercial Growth• Identify opportunities to enhance client services• Build and maintain strong client relationships• Represent the organisation professionallyPlanning & Documentation• Co ordinate audits, training and projects efficiently• Maintain accurate records of assigned work• Deliver services on time and to a high standardWhat We Are Looking For• Proven experience in food safety consultancy or auditing• Strong working knowledge of HACCP and relevant Irish and UK legislation• Experience delivering food safety training• Excellent communication and report writing skills• Ability to work independently across multiple client sites• Full driving licence and willingness to travel within the regionWhy Work With EHS International?This contract role offers flexibility, varied client exposure and the opportunity to work with one of Ireland's fastest growing full service EHS providers.
