OverviewOur amazing global tech cliently is currently looking for a Trust and Safety Analyst. As a Trust & Safety Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how Trust & Safety operates. You will drive strategic projects, conduct data analyses, and provide insights that steer crucial decisions. This role offers a unique opportunity to tackle medium complexity challenges in abuse and harm mitigation while collaborating globally with diverse stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesOversee project planning, status reporting, and documentation.Anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and drive projects to completion.Execute data-oriented analysis to design metrics and synthesise information that influences business decisions.Present insights and market trends with minimal guidance.Work with business analysts to align internal and external integrations with business objectives.Help develop and implement supportive strategies for these systems.Drive sensitive projects of moderate to high complexity, ensuring effective resolution of related issues.Conduct employee feedback analysis and monitor operations to prevent inaccuracies. Drive process improvements for standard procedures.Identify and recommend strategies to enhance business performance, ensuring best-in-class execution across relevant functions.Assist stakeholders in improving processes through effective escalation management, quick-fix solutions, and pushing projects towards implementation.Valued QualificationsProficient in data analytics and modelling.Experience in operations improvement and stakeholder management.Familiarity with machine learning and project management.Strong skills in statistical analysis and problem-solving.Demonstrated thought leadership in Trust & Safety.Technical fluency in Trust & Safety principles.Additional InformationAdecco is a disability-confident employer.
