About the Position
We’re seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to users across hardware, software, and systems. The role involves diagnosing and resolving issues in person, remotely, or via phone/email, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
This position suits someone with a strong customer focus, sound troubleshooting skills, and a willingness to learn in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first- and second-line technical support to end users.
* Diagnose and resolve routine and moderately complex hardware and software issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and applications.
* Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions accurately.
* Escalate issues appropriately following defined procedures.
* Assist in maintaining system performance, availability, and capacity standards.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and team leads on progress and issues.
* Contribute to knowledge-sharing documentation and process improvement.
* Adapt to changing priorities and troubleshoot unexpected technical challenges.
* Participate in training and development to enhance technical skills.

* Ability to manage software installations, updates, and re‑imaging processes.
