Job Description:
As a seasoned corporate finance professional, you will be leading end-to-end transactions, fostering strong relationships with buyers and sellers, and leveraging your analytical expertise to drive commercial success.
The role entails managing sell-side mandates, identifying suitable buyers, preparing financial information, and negotiating commercial terms. You will also provide support for various mandates related to M&A activities and work collaboratively within the team to meet tight deadlines while ensuring exceptional client relationship management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
