Job Role
As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of multiple high-value projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure each scheme is delivered efficiently and profitably.
* Manage all commercial and contractual elements of projects from inception through to completion.
* Develop and review detailed cost plans, valuations, variations, and project forecasts.
* Lead subcontractor procurement, tender evaluations, and contract administration.
This role requires a strong understanding of construction contracts, cost control, and commercial management, along with excellent analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills. A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
