Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist Role

The purpose of this role is to provide a highly specialist neuropsychological assessment service, including clinical formulation, diagnosis and treatment. This will be for children and adolescents with complex neurological conditions.


Key responsibilities include:


• Providing input on neuropsychological rehabilitation and intervention for patients attending the neurology department.


• Conducting assessments in various settings, such as inpatients and outpatients facilities.


• Formulating diagnoses based on critical elements of clinical cases.

• Hold a recognized University degree or diploma with first or second class honours in Psychology.• A relevant post-graduate professional qualification in psychology is necessary.
• Have gained substantial experience in applied neuropsychology with significant years at Senior Grade level.• An additional specialized qualification required would involve substantial knowledge related to brain injury as well as considerable time spent conducting applied neuro-psych exams &assessments.
