The company group continues to expand and due to an internal hire, are looking for a Finance Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support business decisions
• Analyse financial performance and provide insights to management
• Support month-end and year-end accounting processes
• Monitor cash flow and financial transactions across the property portfolio
• Assist with financial modelling for new property developments and investments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes Your Experience:
