Meath, Dublin, Kildare) Contract: Full-time, permanent Experience required: 0 - 2 years+ Package: Competitive salary (DOE) + vehicle/allowance + expenses & Benefits The Role We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support and lead smaller work packages across mainly commercial projects in Meath, Dublin, and Kildare. Youll assist a Senior PM while taking ownership of programme, quality, H&S documentation, and subcontractor coordination on live sites. Key Responsibilities Assist with project planning & programming, short-term lookaheads and trackers. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, plant & materials; raise and track RFIs. Support site meetings, minutes, action logs, and progress reporting. Maintain H&S compliance (RAMS reviews, inductions, TBTs) and site presentation. Implement QA/ITPs, snag tracking, photo records, and as-built updates. Liaise with design team, utilities, and local authorities; help with permits and inspections. Monitor costs, variations, and procurement alongside the commercial team. Contribute to handover packs: O&Ms, warranties, certs, BCAR support. About You 0 - 2 years construction experience (APM/Coordinator/Engineer or Site Management background). Relevant Degree/Diploma (Construction/Engineering/PM) or strong trade route with PM exposure. Confident reading drawings/specs; solid organisational and communication skills. Working knowledge of MS Project (or equivalent), Excel, and snag/QA apps. Full clean drivers licence and willingness to travel between sites in Meath/Dublin/Kildare. Safe Pass/Manual Handling (or ability to obtain promptly).
