Job Summary:We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Global Sales to lead and expandour sales efforts across the contract medical and industrial manufacturing sectors.The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of driving revenue growth,developing key customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales functionwithin a technical or engineering-led environment. This is a critical leadership rolewithin a growing business focused on delivering high-quality, engineered solutions toregulated industries.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Sales Leadership• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with companygrowth objectives and sector focus.• Identify and target new business opportunities, partnerships, and marketswithin the medical device and industrial engineering sectors.• Translate market trends and customer insights into actionable sales plans andvalue propositions.Customer Relationship Management• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, OEMs,and contract manufacturing customers.• Act as a senior point of contact for strategic customers, ensuring customersatisfaction, retention, and repeat business.Team Leadership & Performance• Lead and mentor a small sales/business development team.• Set and monitor KPIs, targets, and sales pipelines, ensuring accountability andperformance against goals.• Champion cross-functional collaboration with operations, engineering, andquality teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer experience.Bid & Contract Management• Oversee the preparation and negotiation of commercial proposals, contracts,and pricing agreements.• Ensure all quotations reflect a clear understanding of technical requirements,cost structures, and margin objectives.Market Development & Branding• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetingsto promote brand awareness.• Contribute to marketing and promotional efforts including website content, casestudies, and customer engagement tools.Reporting & Analysis• Deliver regular sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and market analysis to seniorleadership.• Use data and CRM tools to support decision-making and drive continuousimprovement in sales processes.Qualifications & Experience:• Minimum of 8+ years' experience in technical sales or business development,preferably within contract manufacturing or engineering services.• Proven experience selling into medical device, life sciences, or regulatedindustrial sectors.• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering capabilities,and quality/regulatory expectations (e.g., ISO 13485, AS9100, ISO 9001).• Demonstrated success in growing revenue, securing new business, andmanaging strategic accounts.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Experience using CRM platforms and preparing sales performance reports.• Engineering, science, or business-related degree (or equivalent experience)preferred.Desirable Attributes:• Commercially astute with the ability to balance technical understanding andbusiness goals.• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working in a fast-paced, SMEenvironment.• Capable of operating both strategically and tactically — from boardroompresentations to client site visits.What We Offer:• Opportunity to shape and lead the sales direction of a growing and respectedcompany.• A dynamic working environment with exposure to diverse, technicallychallenging projects.• Competitive salary, performance incentives, and potential for future executive leadership role
