Process Analyst - €430 Per Day
Irish Government rRgulatory Authority with responsibility for Financial Services requires a Process Analyst to assist with an upcoming project.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with 3+ years of analysis and processes design within the service industry that is looking to expamnd their experience with a prominent govenmnet organisation.
This is a hybrid role, with the Process Analyst required onsite 2 days per week in central Dublin, which may occasionally increase at key Program Junctures.
While this role
initially
offered on a 6-month day rate contract basis, the scale of operations is such that there is a strong probability of extension well beyond this timeframe.
Essential Candidate requirements
* Third level degree in Businessm Computer Science, IT or other relevant are relevant to the role
* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
* Professional certification in Business Analysis (IIBA, ECBA, CCBA) and/or project Management (IPMA, PMP, PgMP, MSP)
* 3+ Years experience in the analysis and design of processes within the service industry that should include end-to-end process re-engineering and support for the adoption of continuous improvement methodologies.
* Strong understanding of business process re-engineering and standard process management methodologies/tools, with the ability to mentor and transfer knowledge to operational staff and management.
* Extensive experience of a project/programme management life-cycle methodology including associated processes and governance.
* Recent experience with large-scale Change Management initiatives
* Ability to constructively manage resistance to change, demonstrating strong influencing skills when dealing with operational staff, up to and including senior management levels
* Understanding and experience of applying project, programme and change management models, methodologies and techniques – including earned value analysis and management (EVM) techniques.
* Be resident in the Republic of Ireland and have availability to be onsite 2 and somnetimes 3 days per week in central Dublin
