The company also owns and operates, the Irish multi-choice gift card brand. In this role you will work across both companies. This role is the starting point for a career in the Incentive Marketing industry.

Your role:
* Customer Support- answer our clients' customers email queries on their loyalty or benefit rewards. We have multiple tech platforms that you'll need to be a whizz at.
* Client interaction - support our clients through email and phone, ensuring top-notch service.
* Suppliers / Partners - liaise with suppliers/partners to solve issues, communicate needs and assist with the admin set-up.
* Tech & process- process orders, generate reports, and contribute to business reviews via our in-house platform.
* Problem solving - use your creativity to resolve issues and enhance customer experiences.
* Collaboration -work closely with teams to improve internal processes and customer satisfaction.
What we are looking for:
* A degree in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
* Experience in customer service or success roles.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proactive, positive, and ready to contribute to a growing team.
