1. Lead a team of engineers/technicians in equipment commissioning, validation, maintenance, calibration, and process development studies.
2. Manage technical resources, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and identifying training needs.
3. Drive innovation within R&D teams through the development of new processes, prototyping, testing, data analysis, and interpretation.
4. Analyze current and emerging process technologies to identify suitable applications for interventional medical devices.
5. Develop expertise on emerging technologies to support their integration into organizational workflows.
