G MASS Consulting are seeking a Derivatives Analyst to support clients across regulatory compliance, counterparty risk and operational due diligence.
This is a delivery-focused, client-facing role suited to someone early in their career who is comfortable working with data, managing multiple workstreams and engaging professionally with stakeholders.
The role sits within a fast-paced, technology-led environment, offering strong exposure to regulatory frameworks, process improvement and client problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple client requests and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Communicate regularly with internal teams, clients and third-party vendors
Review project scope and plans, recommending process and efficiency improvements
Maintain project trackers and support / lead client update calls
Identify and resolve gaps in data, process and execution
Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders
Apply a working understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
Perform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel, including large data sets
Work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment with a strong attention to detail
Qualifications
0 - 3 years' experience in a regulatory, risk, compliance or financial services-related role
Strong understanding of Derivatives
Exposure to project coordination or structured delivery work
Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Collaborative approach, comfortable working with senior and junior stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
12-month contract.
