Overall Role Purpose
Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, we have a great opportunity for a Financial Accountant to join our Finance team and to be involved in the growth of Magnet+.
The Financial accountant will be involved in monthly financial reporting as well as supporting the existing work processes within the business.
Key Accountabilities
Accurate and timely reporting of Revenue numbers
Assistance with the preparation of monthly management accounts
Support in preparation of year end statutory accounts and facilitating Auditor requests.
Business performance analysis including monthly, YTD, YOY profitability and actual vs budget variances
Balance Sheet reconciliations
Support all finance functions within the business to include cash flow management, accounts receivable, accounts payable
Assist with other finance projects and activities as they arise.
Required Qualifications/ Expertise:
Must be a fully qualified accountant with a proven ability to have passed exams in ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
3+ years in relevant Finance roles
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Analytical, organized and capable of working on one's own initiative or be part of a team.
The role will be varied, and the ideal candidate should be agile, flexible and willing to adapt.
