A role you will love
As a Plans Specialist you will work on the successful delivery of all activities relating to the execution of share broker/transfers requests, including finding and mitigating issues. This role will involve working closely with the Plans Operations Manager based in Ireland and the UK Transfers Team to create streamlined and efficient processes for all share broker/transfer related activity.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for the structured planning, execution or broker transfers and monitoring of tasks and timely completion of all processes assigned to you in line with agreed SLAs.
* Assist the Operations Manager in building, implementing, and maintaining streamlined operational processes, identifying ongoing opportunities for process improvement and ensuring we maintain strict operational discipline with minimal deviation from these processes as the functional area grows.
* Assist with the development of detailed documentation with respect at to all transfer related processes and in doing so ensure continued operational control and governance over these processes.
* Gain and maintain strong technical knowledge of all aspects of share plan life cycle and provide expert advice in your specialist area.
* Provide regular status updates to clients, senior management, and other stakeholders with respect to transfer activity.
* Solve a wide variety of complex customer queries and system demands providing exceptionally high standards of customer service as the subject matter expert in all aspects of the share broker transfer process.
What Will You Bring To The Role
As a Plans specialist we are looking for proactive and curious individuals who are looking to gain experience working in the financial services industry. You will be a highly organised individual who is passionate about customer delivery and with strong communication skills. While previous experience in Financial Services would be beneficial it is not essential, and we are open to considering applications from other industries.
Key Skills To Be Successful
* Highly organised with demonstrable experience of working in high-volume or complex environments.
* Proficiency in Excel would be highly advantageous.
* Fantastic communication skills would be beneficial.
