Job Title:
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food service, and patient support within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work effectively as part of a structured team while managing daily tasks independently
* Provide flexibility by working across housekeeping and catering departments as required
* Assist with food and meal preparation in line with dietary and safety guidelines
* Support safe and efficient food distribution to patients
* FOLLOW all HACCP and hospital hygiene standards
* Ensure designated areas are cleaned to required infection-control standards
* Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and dignity towards patients, visitors, and colleagues
Essential Qualifications:
* Valid Manual Handling Certificate (training can be provided)
* Valid HACCP Certificate (training can be provided)
* Willingness to complete Garda Vetting and Child First Training
* Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility to work across departments and adapt to changing needs
