Industrial Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager to oversee the complete construction process from start to handover in an industrial environment.
* Manage the construction process, ensuring quality of work and coordinating with site staff, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
* Coordinate and monitor construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements.
* Attend regular meetings with Contracts Director and Client to update them on project progress.
* Liaise with design teams to ensure works are completed according to the programme.
* Direct and manage personnel, site staff, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
Key Requirements:
* Third-level qualification in Construction Management or similar.
* Proven record of managing mission-critical projects from start to finish.
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior management role.
* Background in industrial facility construction preferred.
* Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
