Our client is a large Construction contractor who are currently looking for an experienced Civils Foreman for a projectin Clondalkin Co Dublin. Overview Key Responsibilities Supervise all civilsactivities. Interpret and implement construction drawings and ensure works are carried out to design and specification. Ensure full compliance with Building Regulations and BC(A)R. Plan and coordinate labour, plant, and materials to meet project deadlines. Work closely with the Site Manager to ensure accuracy in levels and setting-out. Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and quality, ensuring works are completed to specification. Supervise and coordinate civil subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring productivity and safety. Liaise with the wider project team regarding materials, deliveries, and resource requirements. Maintain accurate daily records of labour, plant, materials, and progress. Ensure adherence to Health & Safety procedures. Support the Quality Control process, ensuring inspections and test records are completed as required. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory capacity on concrete works. Strong understanding of drainage systems, concrete works, road construction, and service installations. Proven ability to manage direct labour and subcontractor teams effectively. Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings, specifications, and method statements. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification. Excavator and Dumper Tickets desired but not essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
