Roles and Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Commercial team to manage invoicing process through to final cash collection.
* Assist the Financial Controller in the preparation of monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet).
* Prepare VAT reconciliations and submit returns.
* Play a key role in supporting the upcoming ERP implementation project and other strategic initiatives.
* Administer all aspects of the Company Pension Scheme.
* Contribute to the cyclical Budget and Forecast processes.
* Assist with the annual audit process, including preparation of documentation and responding to auditor queries.
* Provide support to the Finance Controller on ad-hoc projects and tasks.
* Carry out other finance and administrative duties as required.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Experience:
* Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 3-5 years proven experience in a finance role.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practice.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with financial/ERP systems desirable.
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
