Job Title: Senior Hospitality Director

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of senior professionals to drive operational excellence in the Food & Beverage division.
* Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, financial performance, and innovation.
* Mentor high-performing teams through coaching, training, and professional development.
* Oversee cost control, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations to meet financial objectives.
* Partner with the Executive Chef and Events team to enhance menus and deliver exceptional private dining experiences.
* Ensure full compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations.
Candidate Profile:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role within a luxury hospitality group.
* Proven track record of leading large-scale operations, managing budgets, and delivering exceptional guest service.
* Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach and passion for mentoring talent.
* Commercially astute with experience in forecasting, cost control, and performance reporting.
* Familiarity with hotel management systems is preferred.
* Expert knowledge of current food trends, regulatory requirements, and luxury service standards.
