Operational Efficiency Director
The primary objective of this role is to spearhead strategic improvement initiatives and optimize operational processes throughout the organization by implementing best practices, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring superior standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
This involves driving continuous process improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies, leading teams in the implementation of sustainable transformational business improvement programs, and designing new simplified standardized processes.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy for the plant.
* Leverage lean and Six Sigma principles to identify and address business process problems and drive operational efficiency.
In order to be successful in this position, you must possess exceptional leadership skills, be able to motivate multidisciplinary teams, effectively communicate across functions, and influence key stakeholders to support business priorities.
A proven track record of change management, problem-solving, and strategic planning is essential. You should also have the ability to detect opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to enhance operational performance.
