Role Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our team full time.
The successful candidate will support children's learning, development and wellbeing in a safe and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and education to children in line with best practice
Support the implementation of the Aistear and Síolta frameworks
Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all children
Work collaboratively with colleagues, management, and parents
Maintain accurate records and follow all relevant policies and procedures
Essential Requirements
Minimum Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or DCEDIY-recognised equivalent
Up-to-date Always Children First training
Strong understanding of Aistear and Síolta frameworks
Fluent English (both spoken and written)
Eligibility for Garda Vetting
Police clearance certificates from any country lived in for 6 months or more
Legal right to work in Ireland
Desirable Skills
Previous experience in an early years setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for working with young children
