Job Summary: Our Client is seeking a Qualified Plumber.
Key Responsibilities: Preference is for applicants to be RGI Certified but we can consider candidates who are willing to be trained for certification.
Installation Work: Perform installations of radiators, heat pumps, and gas boilers in new build properties and other sites, ensuring all work meets industry and company standards.
Collaborate with site managers and other contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.
Servicing and Maintenance: Conduct regular servicing and maintenance of heating systems, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
Diagnose and repair faults in heating and plumbing systems promptly and professionally.
Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies on-site.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including gas safety standards.
Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear information about work being carried out and offering advice on system maintenance and upgrades.
Maintain a professional and approachable demeanour at all times.
Documentation: Accurately complete all required paperwork, including job sheets and service records.
Report on progress and escalate issues where necessary to supervisors or management.
