Key Responsibilities:
* Reconcile incoming group payments
* Liaise with group contacts to rectify any discrepancies
* Update individual policyholders status
* Generate monthly invoices
* Maintain and update group priority checklists
Claims Support Duties:
* Run premium checks for claims that fall within the check criteria
* Ammend and update bank details for policyholders
* Release Proviso policies
