This role will be based in Dublin, Ireland.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

Within our Marketing Solutions business we are looking for an Account Director to join our fast-growing Growth & Mid-Market Segment team to help us realize our goal of empowering businesses to reach, engage and convert their professional audience at scale.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering sales strategies, driven by data and the strength of your experience, to bring LinkedIn’s digital marketing solutions to the world’s most sophisticated marketers. By being their trusted advisor, you will help our top-tier clients realize their growth plans by connecting them to ever-expanding opportunities among our members.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute a bi-annual business plan for your book of business in order to achieve and exceed your sales quota.
Deliver a sales approach to activate, grow and close new business consistently with new advertising prospects and customers for LinkedIn, working closely with our Partners & your Client Solution Manager.
Interpret market pressures & insights to prioritize 100+ customers, tailoring your strategy for maximum growth.
Deliver a consultative sales approach that answers Key Decision Makers marketing objectives, while also implementing a tiered service approach to deliver growth.
Use a data-driven led approach to client activation, growth, creating and tailoring narratives and strategies specific to the industry and country in which you work within.
Attend relevant product, sales and business training, remain abreast of all upcoming product solutions and explore our various suite of products across LinkedIn in order to deliver a cohesive sales approach to your clients.
Provide updates to the management team on your pipeline and sales forecast.
Travel may be required up to 10%.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications

5+ years of experience in client-facing roles with internal or external stakeholder management experience.
3+ years of media sales or digital marketing experience.
3+ years experience in a direct revenue generating role.
Business fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

Business fluency in Dutch.
Experience working in or with the Benelux Market.
Experience of working with high growth clients.
Experience of using insights to drive commercial success.
Experience of working in a target-driven environment.
Ability to carry and hit quota incorporating complex sales cycles in a competitive advertising marketplace.
Ability to drive results and collaborate with major customers, creating relationships across many levels of a client.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
