Job description Grave IV | Public Sector | Dublin 6 Staffline Recruitment is a specialist in the provision of temporary and permanent staffing solutions to clients nationwide.
We currently have an immediate requirement for a Clerical Officer to join our client's team, based in Dublin 6.
This role will be offered on a temporary basis for approximately 6 months, however, there may be an opportunity to extend on a long-term basis.
Details on the roles are as follows: Key areas of responsibility: Providing daily clerical support in an acute clinical setting Supporting senior team with a range of tasks Answering the telephone, dealing effectively with queries and referring to other staff members where necessary Undertaking general office administration including, filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, sending mail and general clerical work Management of appointment system and processing referrals Data input - processing data through internal systems, formulating and maintaining databases Maintenance of records and filing systems both manual and electronic to effectively manage information Handling confidential and sensitive patient files ensuring GDPR compliance Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm | 35 hours per week Rate of Pay : €19-€20 per hour Requirements: A minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience in a similar administrative role Excellent IT skills including MS Office Suite Strong customer support experience with an excellent telephone manner Experience of handling correspondence and handling sensitive and confidential data Excellent attention to detail with good analytic skills In Return: Weekly payroll Holiday pay Opportunities to apply for permanent roles internally WHY WORK WITH STAFFLINE?
