Role Description
This is a full-time Chef De Partie role located on-site in Westport.
The Chef De Partie will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food in the hotel's kitchen.
They will work under the guidance of the Head Chef and help maintain a high standard of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
Qualifications
Experience in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
Organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and creativity in culinary creations
Formal culinary education or relevant certifications
