We are looking for a Site Administrator based on‑site in Limerick who will provide administrative support, ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, maintain safety and documentation standards, and communicate between site teams and office.
Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain new‑starters inductions, associated paperwork and training/certification documentation.
* Maintain site diaries, daily logs and attendance records.
* Compile progress reports and maintain office filing system.
* Track deliveries and equipment/plant logs.
* Administer site inspection reports and weekly returns.
* Keep records of toolbox talks, safety briefings and assist with maintaining safety/quality registers.
* Distribute updates and site notices.
* Order office supplies and manage stock levels.
* Manage timesheets and assist with payroll queries.
* Maintain site contact lists and emergency information.
Experience and Skills
* On‑site administration experience and familiarity with construction documentation.
* Basic commercial awareness for handling invoices and purchase orders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong organisation and multitasking skills.
