About the Role:

This position is focused on providing technical support and enhancements to IT systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify user requirements and manage system development life cycles.

Main Responsibilities:

* Identify and document user system requirements under the direction of the IT Manager.
* Manage projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including coordination with third-party developers.
* Ensure all operations comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
* Provide second-line support for designated systems.
* Assist with IT-related project and development work as assigned.
* Offer ongoing IT advice and support to employees and management.
* Collaborate with Country, Division, and Corporate IT teams to enhance system capabilities.
* Maintain personal training records on ComplianceWire and Isotrain.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a degree in IT Hardware/Software or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a dedicated IT role. Key skills include strong communication and analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, high level of integrity and confidentiality, and experience in project management within a regulated industry.
