Job Title: Sales and Service Leader
As a Sales and Service Leader, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, planning and controlling the delivery of sales objectives in a specified territory. You will manage Field Based Sales Consultants and Branch Teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
You will spend most of your time on the road covering a broad geographical area of branches. Your role is to promote services and products as the face of our organisation. You will identify key relationships with targeted introducer segments, engage in promotional activities and new business opportunities to increase customer acquisition.
* Develop Territory business plans to implement strategies for retaining existing customers and growing new business
* Maximise return on investment by ensuring consistency in business strategy
* Plan, co-ordinate and manage lead generation activities within the Territory
* Achieve individual targets while contributing towards overall Territory targets
