The Candidate must be passionate about fresh food and have 2-3 years experience working in a food service, catering, or deli management or supervisor environment.Strong customer service experience.Flexible working availability.A natural flair/passion for cooking and food preparationExperience working in a customer facing retail environment.Ensuring the Deli department is presented to the highest standards .Operate the Deli department in line with HACCP legislation ensuring that food safety is priority.Prepare food in a high quality, cost effective manner, ensuring the department meets projected sales and contribution targets.Work in conjunction with the Dept.
