Job Summary:
We seek a skilled Associate Director to partner with our organization's leaders on key initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR, coupled with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to drive strategic decision-making.
This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Talent Acquisition, Development, Rewards, Relations, Operations, and Payroll.
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating organizational decisions regarding staffing, development plans, leadership planning, inclusion, and internal mobility.
In addition, this individual will work closely with Compensation to define roles, establish external comparables, annual compensation, and reward programs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational strategies.
2. Collaborate with various teams to drive employee relations, performance management, change management, talent acquisition, and engagement initiatives.
3. Facilitate organizational decision-making on staffing, development plans, leadership planning, inclusion, and internal mobility.
4. Work closely with Compensation to define roles, establish external comparables, annual compensation, and reward programs.
5. Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
* 10+ years of experience in a HR Business Partner role.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence strategic decision-making.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in a related field.
* SHRM or HRCI certification.
* Proven track record of success in a similar role.
