HR Manager
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join a growing manufacturing business in County Mayo.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a varied and hands‑on role covering recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and health & safety. The successful candidate will work closely with management to support employee engagement, workforce planning, compliance, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead recruitment and onboarding activities across the business
Manage employee relations matters including disciplinary and grievance procedures
Advise managers on HR policies, employment legislation, and best practices
Support employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives
Coordinate training and development programmes
Maintain HR records and reporting systems
Assist with health & safety compliance and employee wellbeing initiatives
Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and procedures
Requirements
Previous experience in a HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Senior HR Generalist role
Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience
Excellent employee relations knowledge and experience
Strong understanding of Irish employment legislation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and confidentially
Manufacturing experience desirable
Health & Safety experience an advantage
