Payroll Analyst:
(1 year contract role)
Start Date:
1st September 2025
What we need you to do:
Timely and accurate processing of bi-monthly and monthly payrolls across multiple locations
Compilation of payroll-related reports and summaries for management, as required
Payroll posting
Payroll cost and business unit analysis
Responding to payroll-related queries from employees and internal/external stakeholders
Completion of payroll-related balance sheet reconciliations
Ensuring ongoing compliance with relevant tax and employment legislation
Participation in month-end and year-end payroll processes and reporting
Supporting other Finance team members with ad-hoc tasks
What we are looking for:
Minimum 2-3 years' payroll experience, ideally in a multinational environment
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Basic understanding of payroll regulation and taxation in Ireland and the UK (knowledge of other countries considered an advantage)
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
Clear and confident written and verbal communication
Experience with UKG/Immedis or a similar outsourced payroll provider is an advantage
