Phoenix Park is a beautiful Cafe nestled in the heart of the Phoenix Park at the visitors centre.We operate 7 days a week & are looking for a catering assistant with some baking knowledge to join the teamThis role involves assisting in food preparation, baking fresh products daily, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and customer service.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods to specification.Assist with food preparation and plating in line with company standards.Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following HACCP guidelines.Support the team during busy service periods.Ensure excellent customer service when required.Requirements:Previous experience in baking or catering is desirable but not essential (training provided).Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings and weekends.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits.Staff discounts and meals on duty.Training and development opportunities.discounts to the wider group locations
