Telesales Executive Role Overview:
This dynamic role involves developing new business relationships while maintaining and expanding existing customer accounts in the fuel card division.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Generate and qualify new business leads through outbound activities and relationship building.
* Manage and nurture existing client relationships to maximise retention and growth.
* Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
* Support marketing and promotional initiatives, including online activity.
* Handle day-to-day administrative duties related to the role.
* Participate in training and professional development sessions as required.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in telesales, sales or account management.
* Proven success in outbound sales and lead generation.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent phone manner.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
* Highly organised with the ability to plan and prioritise workloads effectively.
* Self-motivated, adaptable and target-driven with a positive attitude.
