Ward Personnel require Civils Site Manager to manage a land developement project in Cork City Centre.
The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring their successful completion on time while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site officials to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections in co-ordination with safety officer and other relevant bodies to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
- Communicate regularly with project team members to provide updates on project progress.
- Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.
Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or site management.
- Strong knowledge of civils - Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
