My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Programme Manager - Application Management / Support to join the team for an initially a 6 month notice with a view to be extended after this.
The Programme Manager will define and implement the AMS capability within the Build vertical, ensuring a controlled transition from Build to Run and stable post-go-live operations.
Key Responsibilities Target Operating Model (AMS within Build) Define AMS capability, ensure coverage of steady-state support and change delivery, align with Run without duplication, lead short-run tender and commercial negotiations.
Transition to Run Lead transition activities, prepare documentation and playbooks, manage readiness reviews and hypercare planning.
AMS Capability & Vendor Oversight Establish vendor engagement and governance for Build phase needs, ensure AMS supports defect fixes and small changes, define interfaces with future Run service management, track AMS readiness KPIs.
