Experienced Pharmacy Technician Required:
Part time position hours per week, 2-3 days per week, 9am-6pm, Monday - Saturday)
No requirement to work late nights, on Sundays or on Bank Holidays

Requirements for the Role:
Approved Pharmacy Technician qualifications
At least 2 years prior experience in the dispensary is essential
Excellent organisational skills & efficient, possesses a strong work ethic, punctual
Willingness to learn and develop
Ability to work independently
Enjoys working in a team, is co-operative and respectful
Excellent standard of customer service and genuine interest in customer care
Adequately competent in IT/computer skills
Touchstore system in use
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
Main duties & responsibilities:
Provision of safe and efficient dispensing service
Responsible for processing and filing prescriptions in the assigned manner
Assistance with submission of PCRS claims and handling of rejected claims & queries
Ensuring the working environment is clean, neat and organised
To effectively manage & rotate stock
To work effectively as part of the Pharmacy team, being flexible and adaptable when required
To engage courteously and efficiently with work colleagues and all health care professionals in person, by telephone and by email to achieve optimum customer care
Responding to customer order requests accurately in person, by telephone and by email
To maintain high standards of customer care, customer service and effectively complete transactions
To actively engage with customers to nurture customer confidence, satisfaction & loyalty
